Description

Meet artist Katherine Pfeffer Pross for a short talk on her exhibit: Patriarchal Rule and the Struggle for Change, on display March 2 - April 10 at the Downtown Library.

Following the talk, mingle with the artist, explore her exhibit, and ask questions.

Pross uses her craft in painting, sculpture, and fiber as a tool to express her vision and philosophical thoughts. Her work includes "word painting" collages that concentrate on history, human rights, and women's rights. This exhibit features fiber works and large scale oil painting portraits of women rebels, activists, feminists, and crusaders for the rights of all chronicling the struggle for change.
