Wiiebeas, Death has removed oiie of our most respected members in the per son of Charles H. Pennimau M. D. Whereas, His long and iutimate association with tbe membership endeared liiin to usall,and his exemplary and Christian character in.-ikc, his loss deeply feit by the members.bothjseverally and collectively, therefore Mesolved, That we exteud our heartfell sympathy to the parents and the friends of the deceased, and that we send a eopy of these resolutions to the same. Resolved, Thatjthey bejpublished in The Ann Ahbob üemocrat and iucorporated in tbe books of the society.
