Berdan was held Saturday afternoon. Moses Ebby has gone to Canada to altend the funeral of his brother. There was a red ribbon social Friday evening at the club room, and there whs a lively time. There is to be a masquerade ball at the Lake Ridge house to-morrow evening,. on the Ridge road. Miss Emina Warner who has been visiting friends in Toledo and Cleveland, laas returned home. Mr. and Mrs. Dr. IIulls celebratcd their golden wedding Mondny evening. some 90 persons beiug preseut. The Corporation election took place Monday. The following temperance ticket was elected: President, Harvey Bennett; clerk, Wm. P Carson; trustees, Ruel W. Mills, George II. Cobb, A. Frank Clark; treasurer, Gaylord W. Harris; assessor, Andrew J. Warreu; Street commissioner, William J. Jackson; constable, Güo. W. Hall.
