For the week ending Feb. 25, 1882, the reports indícate that neuralgia, interiuittent fever, bronchitis consumption and rlieumatisin considerably increased and that pneumonía considerably decreased in area of alence. Including reports by regular observers and by othere, diphtheria was reported present during the week ending Feb. 25, and since, at 31 places; scarlet f ever at 19 places; measles at 9 places, and small-pox at 8 places in all, as follows: At Spalding, Menominee Co., (9 cases), Feb. 21; amoug the Indians near Spalding (8 cases), Feb. 21 and 22 deathsto that date; t Detroit and.
