It was bis case ; be was the ono seeking justice, ho was determined to secure it ; and so terribly eainest did he become in the progress of a suit. so much of his own being went out of his cliënt - he put himself. in fact, so completely in his plac8 - that after obtaining a verdict (asually favorable) he was often completely worn out and physically overtme.
