It is being cut 'rom Black Hills marble, and repreents Cupid amoiig a bunch of roses. íhe design is exceedingly beautiful, and when completed - polished and fmshed - will make a handsome ornament, rare enough for the cabinet of a dng. In addition to its artistic merits t will show the character of our mar)le and the genius of our artists. The resent will be sent out in time for a ühristrnas gift.
