O TATE OF MICHIGAN, County of Washtonaw, Ö ss. At a session of the probate court for the county of Waslitenaw, holden at the probate office in the city of Ann A rbor, on Saturday, the 14th day of April, in the year one thousand eight hundred and eighty-three. Present, William D. Ilarrinian, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Philip Lutz, deceased. On reading and flling the petition, duly verifled of Oatiierine Lutz, praying that & certain instrument now on file in this court purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased may be admitted to probate, and that Adam Seylermay be appointed exeoutor thereof . Thereupon, it is ordered, that Monday, the 14th day of May next, at ten o'cloek in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing cf said petition, and that the devisees, legatees and lieirs-at-law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said court, then to be holden at the probate ónice, iu Liie city ui mui AiDor, ana snow cause.if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not begranted: And it is further ordered that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said petition. and the hearing thereof , by causing a oopy of this order to be published in the Ann Ardor Demockat, a newspapcrprinted and circulatedin said county, three successive weeks previous tosaid day of hearing. Present, WiHiain D. Harriman, judge of Uil lt!. In the matter of the estáte of Russell Briggs, incompetent. Myron VVebb, the guardián of sairt ward, comes into court and represents that he is now prepared to render his final account as such guardián. Thereupon, it ia ordered, that Saturday, the 5th dav of May next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon. be assigned for the examining and al: lowing such account, and that the next of kin of said ward, and all other persons interestedinsaid estáte, are required to appearata session of said court, then to be holden at the probate office, in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, whv the said account should not be allowed : And ft is f urther ordered, that said guardián give notice to th persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said account, and the hearing thereof by causing a copy of this order to be published in The Ann Arbor Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulated in said county, two successive ■veeks previous to said day of hearing.
