The following cases have been disposed of by tlie different justices of the peaoe during the past few days. EUOENE K. PRUEAUPF. Jno. Herrmann, assault and battery on August Krumrie. Case eettled bttween themselves and costs paid. Herman Bowen, who was charged with sliiudering Fred Lucht, settled with the defindant and paid the costs. Jno. Hamburger, assault. Pleaded guilty and paid costs. Harry Price, charged with assaulting a d;iughter of Samuel Deet, gave bondi to keep the peaoe in the sum of S1CK Israel Mali stirety. Alex. Schluff, assault and batterv Pleaded guilty; fine and costa amounting to íjlü'37, paid. Jno. Wiedelech, assault. Pleaded guüty, costs paid. HIClIABIi H. BUENNAN. Jno. Miller, u disorderly. Pleaded guilty. Fined &2.50, paid. Sentence suspended. Chas. McOarthy, drunk and disorderly. Found guilty and. sentenced to jail for 10 days. JAMES MCMAIION. Henry Smith, (col.) oharged with bastardy, liis wife's niece being tlie complamant. Case settled - $150 beinf the amount paid.
