Hunting Valley: These are three of 12 houses completed in the new Hunting Valley Subdivision at the city's far east side. The subdivision has a total of 55 lots that sell for between $11,500 and $14,500 each. They are for custom houses. Average size of the lots is 140x160 feet, but sizes vary widely.
