Dover Parkside houses are in the $25,000 to $35,000 range and feature living area from between 1,200 to 2,200 square feet. Two Dover Parkside models, besides the Lochinvar, are also on Dartmoor Rd. They sell for between $25,990 and $26,990. The G. V. Airey Building Co. is the developer, builder and seller.
