A carriage containing Senator Evarts of New Vork, Charles C. Perkins of Boston, and Miss Muttlmws, daughter of Judgo Stanley Matthews oíOhio, waa overtnrned near Windsor.Vermont, theotherevening. Mr. Perkins waa instantly killed and Senator and Miss Matthews Avere severely bruised, though not seriously injured.
