One of the most important changes in the curriculums of the various schools of the university has been announced by the law facnlty. The law eourse is to be a graded one, and leetures will be delivered to the seniors and juniors separately. The subjects have been arranged as folio ws: Junior yoar - Criminal law, torts, Prof. Rokers; real estáte, easements equity jurisprudence, mnxims of equity, Prof. ilutchins; contracts, agency, partnership, Prof. Walker; evidence, common law pleading, praetice in cases at law, Prof. Grittïn. Senior year - Constitutional law, Prof. Cooley; domestic relations, WilU, probate practico, Prof. Rogers; equity, larldisprudence, pleading and procedure, Prof. itutchius; personal property, commercial law, corporations, Prof. Walker; United States jurisprudence, international law, Prof. Grifilu. Tuis work is to be done in lectures delivered twice a day, and in addition the juniors will be given a thorough course in text book instruction, including "Cooley's Blackstoue,"'Anson's Contracts" and Schouler's Bailments," under Prof. Knowlton. The seniors will also have text book work the second semester. This work, in addition to the moot courts and quizzes, will make the life of a law student by no means an idle one. The change has been made by advice of tho regents.
