It is understood that lio is fully acquainted with the assassination plot in all its details, and while not knowing who actually performed the deed has knqwledgo of tho party to whom it was assigned for exeeution. Leavitt declines to talk fully pending his appearaucu in court, hut it is generally beliovod that while he is nat the murderer, he will inake important and startling diselosures.
