At a session of the probate court for the county of Washtenaw, holden at the probate office, in the city of Ann Arbor, on Thursday, the 2lst day of October. in the year one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six. Present, Wllliam D. Harriman, judge of probate. In the matter of the estáte of Mary L. Eaton, deueased. On reading and flling the petition. duly verifled, of Helen M. Lowery, praying thot administration of said estáte nay begranted to herself and Zalmon H.. 'Inircli or some other suitable peröon. Thereupon it is ordered, that Monday, the 15th day of November next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition. and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estate,are required toappear ata session of said court.then to be holden at the probate office, in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner sh-uld not be granted: And it is further ordered that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in gaid estáte, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, bycausing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Demockat, a newspaper printed and circulated in said county, three auccessive weeks previous to said day of hearing WILLIAM D. Ata session of the probate court for the county of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, on Tuesday, the 19th day of October, in the year one thousaml eight hundred and eighty-six. Present, William D. Harriman, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Sarah Hibner, deceased. Byron Rnoades, executor of the last will and testament of said deceased, comes int o court and represente that he is now prepared to render his flnal account as such executor. Thereupon it is ordered, that Wednesday, the 17th day of November next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for examiaing and allowing such account, and that the devisees. legatees and heirs-at-law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, in gaid county, and show cause, if any there be, why the said account should not be alloed. And it is further ordered, that said executor give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said account and the hearing thereof, by caasing a copy of this order to be published in The Ann Arbor Dkmockat, a newspaper printed and circulating in said county,three succegsive weeks previous to said day of hearing. Judge of Probate for the county of Washtenaw. onthe2l8t day of Octuber, A. D, 1886, there will be sold at Public Vcndue to the highest bidder, at the lato nsidi nre of said deceased, on the premises helow described in Scio, in the county of washtenaw, in said state, on Wednesday, thu 8th day of December. D. 1886, at 10 o'clock In the forenoon of that day (subject to all encuinbrances bv niortgage or otherwise existing at the time of the death of said deceased) the foïlowing described Real Estáte, to wit: A one half interest in the Southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of section ten. AUo a one-half interest in all that part of the west half of the northwest quarter of section flfteen, which lies north of the center of the highway, and containing 33 acres, more or less. Also a one-half interest in all that part of the west half of the east half, of the norchwest quarter of section ftfteen, which lies north of the center of gaid highway.
