Mort gage Sa Ie. W11KKKAS. John Atchinson and MarlanAtchinson, his wife, both of the township of Plymouth, in the county of Wayne and state of Michigan, on the Twenty-Second day of September, one thouaand eight hundred and oitrbu - three, made and executed a mnrtgage to Michael C. Hughston of the township of Lyon, county of Oakland and Rtate aforesaid, to secure the payment of the sum of Eignt Hundred Dollars, payable on or before the twenty-aecond day of September, A.D 1887,with annual interest, payable annually at the rate of Keven per cent , which mortgage was recorded in the office of the register of deeds for the county of Washtenaw, in the state of Michigan, on the twenty-flf th day of September, A. D. 1883, at nine o'clock and thirt rflve minutes in the forenoon, in líber flftyseven of mortgageii, on page four hundred and evenly two. And, whereas, it was in and by said mort gage ezpressly agreed that, should any default be made in payment of the said interest, or any part thereor, on any day whereon the saine was made payable as ezpressed in said mortgage, and sliould tne sanie remain unpaid and In ar reare for the sdh ce of thirty days, then and f rom thenceforth, that is to sar af ter the lapse of aaid tbirty days, the aforesaid principal sum of eight hundred dollars, with all arrearage of interest thereon should, at theoption of the said Michael C. Hughston, his executors, adminütrators or assigns, become and be due and paynle imniediately thereatter, notice of which option was thereby in said mortgage ezpresslv walved, although the period limited in said niortgace for the payment thereof might not then have ezpired, anything thereiubefore contained to the contrary thereof iu any wise notwithstanding. Atchinson neglect and ref UBe to pay the intereKt which became due on thetwenty-seeond day of September, A. r. 1885, and the twentysecond day of September, A. D. 1886, or any part thereof. And, whereas, more than tbirty days have elapsed since lid interest became due and payable pursuant to the provisions of said mortgage, anti the undersigned, the said Michael C. tl ughston faas elected and hereby lects that the whole principal sum mentioned in said mortgage xhall become due and payable iramediately.
