It the present relchstag, without hesitalicn or división, gives vnanimous exires ion to the resolution th-.tthe nation will put forth it fu!l EtreiiKthin fullpanoply now and at all time apainst any attack upon our frontiers, such resolution, even beore carried out Avill materially stiengthen tho guáranteos of peace and remoro the doubts which the late parliamoutary debates may have inspired. The emporor feels assured that the reichstag, by its rcsolutions, will give the federal governments a national ] olicy on a safe basis, and derives from this conviction the conlident hope that Uod will bless his eil'orts to preserve the peace and security of Uermany.
