The rental from her Chicago house and the interest on the fund reeently subscribed for her aggregate a considerable siim, wliile a pension would only be an adilitional Increase to an income now sufflciently large for her maintenance. Mrs. Logan, it is understood, has so advised the gentlemen having the matter in charge, and no furthcr steps will be taken in that dlrection.
