A New Receiver

Judge Gresham, in the United States circuit court, has appointedGen. John McNulta, of Bloomington, 111., to bo rocciver of the Wabash railway lincs lying east ot the Misslssippi river. Gen. McNulta is a lawyer. He at onetime had control of the narrow gauge road running from St. Louis to Toltdo, having been recommended for that trust by Judge David Davisand Judge Trcat. He is said to have managed the affairs of Ihat corporatlon very successfully.
