Cooley Honored

The inter-state commerce commlssion was duly sworn in on the Sist uit. On motion of Col. Morrison Judge Couley was selected chairman of the commission. Thls action was unanimous and was taken without discussion, the members having all come to the conclusión tliat Judge Cooley was best fitted for the position.
