D '.387 slx inonths from that date were allowed for creditors to present their claims against the es tato of Siisan Kain, late of said coiinty, de ceased, and that all creditors of said deceasec are required to present their claims to said Pro bate Court, at the Probate Office in the city o: Ann Arbor, for examination and allowanoe, on or bef ore the 14th day of September next.and that snch claims will be heard before said Court, on Tuesday. the 14th day of June, and on Wed nesdav, the 14th day of September next, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon of each of said days.
