At a recent meeting of Weloh Post, No. 137, G. A. E., au exeoutive committee was appointed oonsisting of R. Campbell, H. Soule, O. E. Greene, H. S. Dean, and Oonrad Noli ; which oommittee was empowered to make arrangements for the observances of Decoration Day, MoDday, May 30. The following sub-eommittees have been appointed, and other partial arrangements made as folio ws: Marabal- Harrieon Soule. Finance Comtnittee- W. B. Smith, H. S. Dean, and O. Knoll. Oommittee on Flowers - J. T. Jacobs, E. S. Manly, A. F. Martin, J. Sohanz, W. Fisher, VV. Paul, wives of oomrades and Ladies' Decoration Society. Gommittee on Music- A. Wilsey, W. II. Dorrance, W. H. Jaokson, Conrad Noli. Cominittee on Hall and Hall Decorationa- J. H. Wade, W. K. Childn, M. E. C'ooley, W. J. Herdman. Committee on Reception- W. C. Stevens, W. F. Breakey, O. H. Manly. Committee on Printing - Jas. B. Saunders, J. Q. A. Sessions, N. H. Winans. Cemetery Committee - J. H. Stark, P. Irwin, E. S. Manly. All civic and other organizations are invited, throngh this uotice, to join in the procession and proceedings of the afternoon, and will be assigned positions by applying to the marshal. Decoration of graves in the forenoon. Literary exercises in the afternooa at university hall. Oration delivered by E. P. Allen, of Ppsilanti. Special sermón by Rev. W. W. Ramey, at 10}4 o'olook, local time, Sunday, May 29, at the Methodist ohurch. All old soldiere are invited to fall in with tbe Post. The public generally are invited to attend tbe exercises.
