Estáte of Daniel Koch. OTATE OF MICHIGAN, County of Washtenaw O sa. At a session of the probato court, for the county of Washtenaw, holden at the probate office in the city of Ann Arbor, on Thursday, the 28th dayof April, in the year one thousand eight hundred and eightv-seven. Present, William D. Harriman Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Daniel Koch, deceased. Wm Aprill, the administra tor of said estáte comes into court and representa that he is now preparad to render h is nnal account as such adminis tratar. Tbereupon, it is ordered, that Saturday, the 28th day of May next, at ten o'clock in the forenoonbeassignodforexamining and allowing such account, and that the helrs at Uw of said deceased, end all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said court, then to be holden at the probate office, in tne city of Ann Arbor, in said county, and show cause, if any there be. why the said account should not be allowed: And it is further ordered, that said guardián give notice to the persons interested in said estate.of the pendency of said account and the hearing thereof , by causing a copy of this order to be published in 27ie Ann Artxrr Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulating in said county three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing. On reading and flling the pctitlon, duly veri Sed of Jacob Nagel, praying that a certain in strument now on filo in this court purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased may be admitted to probate, and that he may be appointed executor thereof, or that administration of said estáte may be granted to him. Thereupon it is Ordered, that Tuesday, the Sist day of May next, at 10 o'clock ín the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, anc that the devisees, legatees, and heirs at law o: said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Aon Arbor, and show cause if anv there be, why the prayer of the petitionei should not be granted.
