At a sesaion of the probate court for the county of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Offlce in the city of Ann Arbor, on Monday, the 23d day of May, in the year one tbousuinl eight hundred and eighty-seven. Present, William D. Harriman, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Sarah Blattery deceased. Edmond Fitagerald executor of the last will and testament of said deceased, comes into court aml representa that he is now prepared to render his annual accouut as such executor. Thereupon It is otdered, that Wednesday, the 22nd day of June next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for examining and allowing sui'li account, and that the devisees, legatees and helrj-at-law ot said deceosd, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a Bession of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, in said county, and show cause, if any there be, why the said account should not beallowed: Anditis further ordered, that said executor give notica to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said account and the hearing thereof, by cansing a copy of this order to be published in The Ann Arbor Dehocrat, a newspaper printed and circulating in said county.three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
