The high eourt of the ancient order ol foresters, at its recent n s.-iun in Chicago, adopted a very emphatic report concernin the actiou of the supreme court of the order in England, relativo to the admisslun of colored men to the associaüon. The report says: "We would give the hi-h court of Enlund to understand that tbia, the American I. ranch, will not be controlled contrary to the general laws of the order and the best interesta of tha (orest er3asaboly.
