On readingand fllingthepetltlon, duly verined, of Francia Hanlon praylng that a certain instrument dow on Hit; in this court purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased, may be admltted to probate, and that he may be appointed executor thereof, or that administration with the will annexcd be granted to some other suit-able person.
