The third animal ghooting tournament, neld by the Ami Arbor Schutzenbund, at thoir park in this city, Sumiay and Monday, was a success in every particular. DeU-gates were present from Toledo, Ohio, Detroit, Eagt Saginaw, Vassar and Frankenmuth, Mioh., and Berlin, Canada. The shooting generally was above tho average, ind the viskors, when they departed for home, expressed tbemgelves as being more than satisfied with the treatment they had received from their Ann Arbor brothers. The programme began Sunday noon, and closed Monday evening in Beethoven hall, where the festivities were kept up until a late hour. The officers of the society desire iis to expresa their sincerest thanks to thofe gentlemen who so kindly donatedto them, and belped make the tuurnament a success, which leit them with about $350 more in their exehequer. Following is a list of those who won the first prizes in the different contests : On Union Target : lst prizes, Henry lĂ­iller. Toledo, Oaio, $50 in gold; 2d, Fred. Graf, $35 ; 3d, Alex Webber, Toledo, $30; 4th, Alex Miller, Toledo, $25; 5th, Hei man Armbruster, ooal stove, donated by Eberbach ; 6th, Fred Broas, gasolioe stove, donated by Scbuh & Muehlig ; 7 tb, Chas. Munk, Detroit, $10, donated by the Toledo Suhutzenbund ; 8th, Benj. Rensch, Toledo, silyer watch, donated by the Detroit 8chutzenbund ; 9th, George Spross, Toledo, overcoat, donated by J. T. lacobs & Co.; lOth, John Mayer, suit of clothes, donated by Wm. W. Douglass & Co.; 11 tb, Henry Bierman,'suit of clothep, donated by the Two Sams ;' 12th, John C. Barager, Detroit, smoking eet, donated by Chas. Binder ; 13th, John Stahl, Frankeumuth, violin, donated by Alvin Wilsey ; and twenty-two other prizeg. Bull'g eye: lst, Herman Armbruster, Ann Arbor ; 2d, John Armbruster, Ann Arbor; 3d, George Spoors, Toledo.
