At a session of the Probate Court for the county of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor on Weduesday the Courteenth day of March, in the year one ihousand eight hundred and elghty-eight. Present, William D. Harriman, Judge of Probate, In the matter of th estáte of Henry J Davidter deceased. On reading and fllinp: the petition, duly verifled, of Anna Katharine Davidter praying that a certain instrument now on fi;e in thia court. purporting to be the last wlll and testament of said decoaseil, may be admitted to probate, and that she may beappointed executrix thereof.
