Estáte of Julianiia Kclsev. OTATE OF MICHIGAN, County of Washtenaw, Q ss. At a session of the probatecourt for tlie I county of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate I Offlce" in the city of Ann Arbor, on Tuesday, the 24th day of April, in the year one thousanl eight hundred and eighty-eight. Present, William D. Ilarriman, Judge of .Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Julianna Keisev, doceased. Eugeno Hclliortheailminlstratorof said estáte, comea into court and represents that he is now prepared to render his final account as such aduiiuistrator. Thereupon it is ordered, that Tuesday, the twenty-seeond day of May next at ten o'cloek in the foronoon, be assigned for examinin and allowing such account, and that the lnir;-at-law of said deceased, and all other per sous interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said court theu to be holden at the Probate Offlce in the city of Ann Arbor, in said county, and show cause if any there be, why the said account shouh not beallowed: Anditis further ordered, tha aid administrator give notice to the persons ín terested in said estáte, of the pendency o said account and the hearing thereof, by eaus ing a copy of this order to be published in Thi Ann AtBOR Dkmockat, a newspaper printed ani circulating in said county, threesuccessive week previous to said day of hearing.
