Ittortgage Sale. WIIEUEAS, default has been made in the " ment of the money secured by a mortgage dated the ülst day of April, in the year 1885, executed by Julia Madden, of the townshipof Dexter, county of Washtenaw, and state of Micb gan, to Maria Lynch of the city of Ann Arbor, county and state aforesaid, which said mortgage i'oi'dt'tl in the office of the Register of deeds of said county of Wahtenaw. in liber t5 of mortgages, on page 464, on the 21st day of April, 1865, at -i 1-4 o'clock, p, m., aud whereas the amount claimed to be due on said mortgage at the date of this notice is the sum of one hundred and flve dollars, interest monev, (wherebj' th% power of sale contained in sait mortgage haa becoine operative).
