The funeral services over the remains of the lata Emperor Prederick were held Ou the 18th inst. Prince Hismarck, Count Von Molkte and the foreign princes arrlved early. At 9 o' clocktho ministers too.k their places around the coffin. The Cftthedral choir sang two hyrnus, the first bpiuniug, "Soon thou calles t, me to hlgher )oys," and the second, "Jmu is niy trust." Chaplam 'Koegel then blessed the corpse and the mourners, the choir meanwhlle singing the hymn "If I am to die." Twelve commanders of twelve different reeiments, of which the late emperor was ehief , carried the coffln to the hearse, which was drawn by cight horseg. Eight majors took the bridles of the horses, and the processlon started for Fnedrichskirche, The Emperor William has issued the following proclamación ; The grave had scarcely olosed over the Emperor William I. before my father, Frederick III., is called away. Emperor Fredeiiok bore a hard f ate and sbowed a. heroio christlan restguat ion. He remained faithful to bis kingly duties in tbe few months allotted to him and exbibited all the noble quallties of his victories on the battle field, wbion will be remembered as long as Germán hearts continue to beat. I count upon the people's fidellty, and, couscious of my purpose, reclporate it heartily as a true prince to a true people, both equally ready to make sacriflees for the fatherland. Attention is called to the rule which requires that all proposed cbaoges in th rules and regulations should be communicated to headquarters in time to admit ot their belng submitted to the inemhers oi the national encampment, at least thlrtj days before the meeting oí that body.
