( 'all a special session of the Common Council lo meet at thecouncil chamber today at 7 :30 o'clojk p. m. to consider the estímate of the eñgineer of completed work on Sewer District No. 5 as (.ertiüed to by the Board of Public Works. Chas. E. Hiscock, Pi-ef). of the Council. To the Common Council: The Board of Public Works herewith transmits to your honorable body the estímate of the City Engineer of completed work on Sewer District and recommend that you allovv 81,200 on the same for the payment of labor claims contracted since the last estímate was allowed. Glen V. Mills, Clerk Boa-d of Public Works. Aid. Koch moved that Rule 21 of the Rules of the Common Oouncil be suspended for this session and the recommendation of the board concured in and $1200 appropriated from the Sewer Fund No. 5. Yeas - Aid.
