D 188'; and reoorded Oln tlie office of the Rezister f Deeds for Washtenaw County, Jiichigan ï'eb. 27th, A. 11. 18 2 in Liber (il of Mortgages on page 111. by which default the power of sale contained in sa d mortgage became opcativa, and nosuitor proeeeding in law or eq-iity hav ing been instituted to recover the debt secured by saicl mortgage or any part therof, and the sum of four luindred a d flfty four and fourteen hundredths dollars (154 14) being now claimed to be due on said mortgage, notice is therefore hereby given tliat siid mortnage will be fore■closed by a sale of the mortgage premises therein deseribed or some part thereof to-wit: All of t:e following described land situated in the Township of Sylvan, in Washtenaw Coiinty.
