San Francisco, Nov. 11. - Alonzo J. Whiteman, ex-mayor of Duluth, legislator and prominent Citizen of Minnesota, who was convicted of forgery and sentenced to San Quentin prison, went forth Tuesday a free man from Judge Wallace's court. Superior Judge Wallace dismissed the three Indictments against him at hls own request, and a most interesting case was brought to an end.
