Torrens Law Unconstitutional

Ottawa, Hls., Nov. 10. - In an opinión filed Monday morning in the supreme court the Torrens land title act of the legrislature is held unconstitutional. The judgment of the county court of Cook county in the quo-warranto case of the people on the relation of state's attorney versus Samuel B. Chase is reversed and the cause remanded.
