School at District ïïo. 2 is closed this week for a short vacation. Miss Crozier of Ann Arbor, was vis- iting at Mr. Ilobert McColl's over Sun- day. Mr. Ilubbard of Ann Arbor, will speak to the Y. P. S. C. E. Sunday evening, Noy. 15, as a representive of tto Anti-Saloon league. Kev. Mr. Hollister of Howell preai'hed at the Congregational church Sunday morning, also at the M. E. church in the afternoon. He was visit- ing with nis cousin, Mr. Latson. The Keading Circle met Saturday evening. They disbauded, reorganized and will hereafter be known as the Webster Literary Circle and will meet every Saturday evening. ïhe next meeting will be Nov. 14, at Air. Wm. Lateon's.
