To Lexow St. Louis

Jefferson City, Mc, Jan. 20.- The Missouri legislature has appointed a committee of seven to investígate St. Louis and Kansas City pólice affairs. Pour of the members of the committee are Democrats, two are Repuljlicans and one a fusionist. There is no St. Louis or Kansas City man on the committee.
