Rev. G. P. Coler, "Director of the Bible Chaira, has been tendi-red the presidency ol 1i ;ike University, at Des Moines. Ia. JMr. Colsrhas thematterunder consideration, but bas not vet decided what answer he will make. While the cali is an attractive one, yet Mr. Coler feels that the opportunities in liis present position . are almost as attractive as thénew offer. The work of the lust two vears hc-re bas been a period of prepara'tion for work which seems likely to greatiy enlarge in the not far distant future. Ëeing thoroughly conversant vvitb the work here he feels that he can perhaps do better work in the next few years tlian a new man. Drake University is ;i church school, ind being somevvhat similar to bis present work here, he will decide as he thinks will best conserve the interof Ohrist and the cviurc'.
