Wagar as üibson the tailor. Mr. Wagar's work in tlie 'scène of the intoxicated tailor insisting on measurinc; Cattermole for a suit of clothes was excellent. Mrs. Jlandy, as Miss lord (addictedto spirits), had the leading lady part whicfi was well sustained. The other participants Messrs. Wedoek and lioynton, and Misses Divine, Farnsworth and PhiHips handled their parts wilh spirit, and the whole play went oö With the smoothness of professional 'A-ork. "The Lacemakers," a little bit of tragedy with which the entertainment was openecl showed Messrs. 8mith and Ilarriman to good advantagé in their ability tü go from tragedy to farce, and do both well Mr. Ilarriman had the extreme in eaeh case, and his work deserved the warm reception which it received.
