Mrs. Fanny Steele, wife of Rev. Richard II. Stede, I). D., formerly pastor of the Presbyterian Church of this eitv died at her home in Ueiroit. W ednestlay last. Mrs. Meele is well remembered in this city by a large circle of friends. She has not tieen strong for a niiraber of years. but lias been able to be about her house, ana lias aiways taken a warm interest in the work of the church. Dr. Meele has not had a settled pastorate since leaving the church of this city, but they have made their home in Detroit, where he has been preaching as supply most all of the time. Mrs. Steele was a woman of warm personal friendships, and was much beloved by those wlio knew her. She leaves beside her hushand one daughter. Miss "Fannie Steele, who resides at home, and one sou, Dr. Richard Steele, a physician in San Francisco, Cal. ;
