At University Hall Tonight
A novel and very interesting entertainment is to be given at Universitjr Hall, on Friday evening, May 28. Fbotographs of original pictures illnstratíve of Shakespeare are to be thrown upon a screen. They are to be explained by Prof. Demmon, whose great familiarity with the subject and interest in the pictures will ensure a most delightful ucdinstructive evening. Therewiïl bemaay pictures by distinguished artisis, such as Cruikshank, Walter Crane, Retzseiv Ituhl and others, portraits of Shakespeare, views of early title pages, of Globe Theatre and of Stratford scènes, also pictures of Falstaff, of Lady Macbeth and of Bottom the Weaver, illustrating the varying eonceptions of these characters held by different artïste.
