Sues Her Husband's Father

San Francisco, May 2G. - Mrs. Margaret Moffatt haa brought suit in the superior court to recover damages in the sum of $50,000 from her husband's father íor alleged alienation o( affection and has instituted proceedings againsc her husband to compel him to support her. She alleges that she lias twice been married to Wi!l:am Moffatt but at each time her fatiier-in-law has induced his son to desert her.
