The Bonds Bill Passes

The legislature passed an act last Friï day allowing the city of Ann Arbor to issue $40,000 paving bonds. These bonds will be issued on the same plan as the lateral sewer bonds, and paid by a tax levied upon the property of the paving district for which they are issued, in four equal annual installmonts. ,
