The Washtenaw county teachers wil! hold a meeting at Manchester tomorrow, which promises to be a very interesting one. Supts. Essery, of Manchester; Austin, of Saline, and DeWitt, of Dexter, will present papers. Commissioiier ('avanaugh, of Ann Arbor, will also be present.
