Indianapolis, June 1. - Elmer Plerco, of Brazil, won the time prize blcycle race, doing th course - 13:25 miles - in 36:56. The race was won ty Harry Cordon in 37:59, from a flve-minute start. The road was bad, and the time-prize winner perfomed a gTeat feat.
