Stuttgart, Ark., June 14.- A wreek occurred on the Cotton Belt railroad, nine miles southwest of here. A local freight was ditched on account of a culvert burning out. The engineer and fireman jumped and saved their lives. Two tramps who were stealing a ride were injured and one riding the rods under a car was smothered and burned to death.
