The Chelsea Water Scrap
In the suit of William 6. Lewiok vs. Frank P. Glazier. Lrought to set aside a contract for supplying the villaje of Chelseá with wa'er for a term of ten years, Judge Kinne handed down a decisión ïuesday, declaring the contract invalid. The point was raised in the trial of the case that three members of the board of trustees which made the contract with Mr Glazier were interested in the electric light works which were to furnish the power to pump the water. The village of Chelsea is to be congratulated upon the facility with which ït can raise a fuss upon water. Down here in Ann Arbor there is usually somethirg stronger than the ebulition of water in evidence when we raise Cain.
