STATE OF MICHIGAN, County of Washtenaw, ss.- At a session of tbe Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Wednesday, 28th day of July, in tbe year one thousand eight hundred and ninety seven. Present, H. Wirt Newkirk, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Magdel ana Schultz, deceased. On reading and filing the petition duly verified, of Minnie Scnneider praying that the administration of said estáte r ay be eranted to Leonard Uruner or some othersuitable person. Thereupon it is ordered, that Tuesday, the 24th day of August next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, beassigned for the hearing of said petitioc. and that the heirs-at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate OfHce, in the City of Ann Arbor, in said County, and show cause, if any Ihere be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted.
