President To Visit Veterans

Troy, N. Y., Aug. 17. - The twentyeighth annual meeting of the Army of the Potomac to be held in this city Friday and Saturday, will be an event of more than usual importance because of the presence oí President McKinley, Vice-President Hobart and Governor Frank S. Black. The list of organizations which will particípate in the parade is large and the showing of the troops will be excellent. It is probable that there will be more than 3,000 men in line.
