Los Angeles, Cal., Aug. 19. - Mutiny has again broken out at the Whittier school. Last night fifty-six cadets, comprising company A, under command of Capt. O'Brien, broke for liberty and scattered in every direction. Several guards and attaches of the school succeeded in capturing a few, but most of them are still in hiding.
