A petition was presehited and rererred asking for an extensión of Hiekory street through to Observaii iv street, the petition to be referred to ilie B. P. W. for selection of route through tlie Sudworth property, the city to make the survey, 'hen the land to be donated by subscribers. I'i'oppvty owners along Oxfor'l str-eeit petitioned for a change of name tö Oxford Road. The eenietery com'mittee reporten! Chat the control of the Fiftli ward iTnotery should be placed in the hands of the connnon eouneil and that the ordinanee relatare to the I'ii'ti' ward eemetery be amanded so as to iuvest the members of the eemetery óommittee with the powers of the eommission.
